Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
The day your package is delivered counts as Day 1.
Weekends and holidays are included in the 7-day return window.

Return Requirements

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) before being sent back.
Please contact us to begin your return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
